REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Glamifiq Singapore. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the best products/services. We understand, however, that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, we recommend a thorough inspection of the item(s) that you have receieved immedietly upon receipt.  Please review our refund policy below:-

1.REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer refunds on products/services purchased directly through our website under the following conditions:-

A request for a refund can be made within 7 days after receiving your item in the event that the item(s) you received may have a defect or you have received the wrong item(s). The product/service is in its original condition and has not been used. You will need the order number, consignment number and receipt/proof of purchase. 

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at help@glamifiq.com with the details mentioned above and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.


2. REFUND METHODS & RETURN DELIVERY CHARGERS

Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, an alternative method may be used at our discretion. 

Delivery Charges for returned items is borned by the buyer, Glamifiq shall bear the delivery charges of sending back the item (in an event of replacement of a confrimed defect product) to the buyer. 


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Glamifiq Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.


5. EXCEPTIONAL / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, personal care, promotional or items on sale cannot be refunded.

In the event of any cancellation made pursuant to Section 7 of our Terms of Service is the refund of the amount paid by you in respect of any cancelled Transaction. Nothing in this policy shall entitle you to further or additional compensation, and you shall have no right to insist on completion of the transaction and/or delivery of the products under the order.

ITEMS IN CART

Item(s) in your Cart is not considered as booked or confirmed as these items can be removed or added to your preference. Note: Item(s) in the Cart may be out of stock within the time frame that the item is in the Cart. In the case where your item(s) in the Cart has run out of stock, you will see the item as "unavailable".


SHIPPING POLICY

1.ORDER PROCESSING

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 - 2 working day(s) excluding public holidays and weekends. 

Notes: Delivery may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days depending on the courier service provider. 

Delivery ETA may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under Glamifiq’s responsibility.
